Product Damage in Shipment or Defective.
If the item you receive is damaged in shipment or defective, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt.
Cancelling an Order
If you would like to cancel or change an order that you’ve just placed, please email us at contact.femperialbeauty.com as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Before you place your order, please confirm that all your information, including your address, name, phone number, credit card information IS CORRECT.
We are not responsible for updating incorrect address, CHANGING YOUR ORDER , or adding any discount code once your order has been placed.
